Ha Huynh brings extensive executive-level experience in employment-based and business immigration. She currently holds the role of Executive Director and Chief Paralegal at a

Manhattan-based immigration law firm, where she oversees complex immigration matters for individuals, corporations, entrepreneurs, and investors across a broad range of industries. Hernwork includes managing high-level employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions,

strategic case planning, compliance oversight, and coordination between employers and legal counsel. With a strong command of both regulatory frameworks and business realities, Ha helps clients navigate U.S. immigration processes while aligning their immigration strategy with long- term corporate and investment goals. 

In addition to her leadership role within the legal field, Ha is the partner of HNH Consulting, where she advises business owners and foreign investors on immigration pathways connected to business expansion and cross-border investment. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, graduating in the top five of her class and receiving the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Her academic background in business strategy, combined with years of hands-on immigration case management, allows her to provide clients with pragmatic, results-driven guidance. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Ha is known for her integrity, clarity, and strategic vision, supporting clients not only in obtaining permanent residency but also in building sustainable and successful enterprises in the United States.
